Special Act on the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., Article 9 (Succession to Business, etc.)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 영업허가를 받은 자(이하 "영업자"라 한다)의 지위를 승계한다.

1. 영업자가 사망한 경우 그 상속인
