사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제8조(조건부 영업허가)

① 경찰청장이나 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 영업허가를 할 때 대통령령으로 정하는 기간에 제3조에 따른 시설 및 사행기구를 갖출 것을 조건으로 허가할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

② 경찰청장이나 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 자가 정당한 사유 없이 정하여진 기간에 시설 및 사행기구를 갖추지 아니하면 그 허가를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
