빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 시행령 제21조의4(조합설립인가 취소절차)

① 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제23조의2제2항에 따라 조합설립인가를 취소하려는 경우에는 14일 이상 주민에게 공람하여 의견을 들어야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제23조의2제2항에 따라 조합설립인가를 취소하는 경우에는 취소 예정일의 7일 전까지 조합에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 취소통지서를 보내야 한다.
