빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 시행령 제21조의3(조합해산의 요청 방법 등)

① 조합은 법 제23조의2제1항에 따라 조합의 해산을 요청하려는 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 요청서에 조합 해산을 결의한 총회 의사록 사본을 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수등에게 제출해야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제23조의2제2항에 따라 조합에 업무의 시정 등의 조치를 명하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 명시하여 국토교통부령으로 정하는 조치명령서를 발급해야 한다.

③ 제2항의 명령을 받은 조합은 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 이행기한까지 조치사항의 이행이 불가능한 경우에는 이행기한의 7일 전까지 시장ㆍ군수등에게 이행기한의 연기를 신청할 수 있다.

④ 조합은 제2항에 따른 조치명령을 이행한 때에는 그 이행결과를 15일 이내에 시장ㆍ군수등에게 제출해야 한다.

(4) When웬 an앤 association어소우시에이션 has해즈 complied컴플라이드 with위^ð드 an앤 order오더 for^f포 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), it잇 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 compliance컴플라이언스 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu,시 etc.엣세터^r러 within위^ð딘 15 days.데이즈
