비송사건절차법 제44조의18(검사인의 보수)

① 법원은 「신탁법」 제105조제2항에 따라 검사인을 선임한 경우 신탁재산에서 검사인의 보수를 지급하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 검사인의 보수를 정하는 재판을 하는 경우 법원은 수탁자의 의견을 들어야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 재판은 수탁자에게 고지하여야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 재판에 대하여는 수탁자가 즉시항고를 할 수 있다.
