비송사건절차법 제44조의19(검사인의 보고)

① 「신탁법」 제105조제2항에 따라 선임된 검사인은 법원에 검사 결과를 서면으로 보고하여야 한다.

② 법원은 검사에 관한 설명이 필요할 때에는 「신탁법」 제105조제2항에 따라 선임된 검사인을 심문할 수 있다.

③ 법원은 제1항에 따른 검사 결과에 따라 수탁자에게 시정을 명할 수 있다.

⑤ 제3항에 따른 명령에 대하여는 불복신청을 할 수 없다.
