비상대비에 관한 법률 제17조(훈련통지서의 전달 등)

① 시ㆍ도지사 또는 자원관리주관기관의 장 소속 지방행정기관의 장은 제14조에 따른 훈련실시명령이 발령된 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 훈련대상자ㆍ훈련대상물자의 소유자 또는 업체의 장에게 훈련통지서를 사전에 직접 교부 또는 등기우편의 방법이나 본인의 동의를 받아 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제5호에 따른 전자문서로 송달하여야 한다. <개정 2022.1.4>

② 제1항에 따라 훈련통지서를 직접 교부하는 경우 본인이 없으면 동일 세대의 세대주나 가족 중 성년자, 물자의 관리인이나 업체의 임직원에게 교부하여야 한다. 이 경우 본인을 갈음하여 훈련통지서를 받은 사람은 이를 지체 없이 본인에게 전달하여야 한다. <개정 2022.1.4>
