Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, Article 90 (Crimes of Disadvantageous Measures and Non-Compliance with Status Guarantee Measures Decisions)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

(1) A어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 30 million밀리언 won:원

1. 제62조제1항(제65조 및 제67조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 제2조제7호가목에 해당하는 불이익조치를 한 자

1. A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 taken테이큰 a어 disadvantageous디새드^v밴테이저스 measure메저 falling^f팔링 under언더 Article아터클 2 7 (a)어 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 Article아터클 62 (1) (including인클루딩 cases케이시즈 applied어플라이드 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 under언더 Articles아터클즈 65 and앤드 67);

2. 제62조의3제1항(제65조 및 제67조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 신분보장등조치결정을 이행하지 아니한 자

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 two투 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 20 million밀리언 won:원

1. 제62조제1항(제65조 및 제67조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 제2조제7호나목부터 사목까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 불이익조치를 한 자

2. 제62조제2항을 위반하여 신고등을 방해하거나 신고등을 취소하도록 강요한 자
