보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률 제40조(업체등의 신고)

① 제34조제2호 및 제3호에 해당하는 취업지원 실시기관(이하 "업체등"이라 한다)은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업의 종류, 고용직종, 고용인원, 고용기준, 그 밖에 고용에 관한 사항을 국가보훈부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2023.3.4>

② 국가보훈부장관은 제1항에 따른 신고내용이 미흡하거나 실태파악을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 공무원에게 업체등 및 이에 해당된다고 인정하는 업체등에 출입하여 필요한 설명이나 관련 자료의 제출을 요구하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.3.4>

③ 제2항의 경우 관계 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
