변리사법 제14조(정보 공개)

① 변리사회는 의뢰인의 변리사 선임의 편의를 위하여, 제5조제1항에 따라 등록된 변리사의 전문분야, 자격취득사항 등 필요한 정보를 공개하여야 한다.

② 제5조제1항에 따라 등록된 변리사는 제1항에 따른 정보 공개를 위하여 필요한 정보를 변리사회에 제공하여야 한다. 이 경우 변리사는 거짓정보를 제공하여서는 아니된다.

In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 patent패턴트 attorney어터니 shall섈 not낫 provide프^r러^v바이드 false^f폴스 information.인^f퍼메이션

③ 지식재산처장은 제1항에 따른 정보 공개를 위하여 변리사 등록정보를 변리사회에 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 제1항에 따른 정보의 공개범위, 공개방법 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
