변리사법 제15조(변리사의 연수)

① 제5조제1항에 따라 등록된 변리사는 전문성과 윤리의식을 높이기 위하여 변리사회가 시행하는 연수교육을 대통령령으로 정하는 시간 이상 받아야 한다. 다만, 질병ㆍ휴업 등으로 연수교육을 받기에 적당하지 아니한 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 변리사회는 연수교육의 방법, 절차 등 필요한 사항을 규정한 연수규칙을 제정하여 지식재산처장의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 변리사회는 효율적인 교육을 위하여 전문 교육기관 또는 단체에 연수교육을 위탁하여 운영할 수 있다.

④ 지식재산처장은 제1항에 따른 연수교육을 위하여 변리사 등록정보를 변리사회에 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
