Invention Promotion Act, Article 45-2 (Fact Investigations)
위원회는 해당 분쟁조정사항에 관한 사실을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우 조사를 하거나 분쟁당사자에 대하여 관련 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
The Committee may conduct an investigation or require the parties to the dispute to submit relevant data where necessary to verify facts concerning the dispute mediation matter.
