민사집행법 시행령 제7조(압류금지 예금등의 범위)

법 제246조제1항제9호에 따라 압류하지 못하는 예금등의 금액은 개인별 잔액이 250만원 이하인 예금등으로 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 금전이 있는 경우에는 250만원에서 그 금액을 뺀 금액으로 한다.
