민사소송 등 인지법 제16조(전자소송에서의 특례)

① 「민사소송 등에서의 전자문서 이용 등에 관한 법률」 제8조에 따라 등록사용자로서 전산정보처리시스템을 이용한 민사소송 등의 진행에 동의한 자가 전자문서로 제출하는 소장에는 제2조에 따른 인지액의 10분의 9에 해당하는 인지를 붙여야 한다.

② 제1항은 제3조부터 제10조까지의 경우에 준용한다.
