Special Act on Private Rental Housing, Article 48 (Duty of Rental Business Operators to Explain)

① 민간임대주택에 대한 임대차계약을 체결하거나 월임대료를 임대보증금으로 전환하는 등 계약내용을 변경하는 경우에는 임대사업자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 임차인에게 설명하고 이를 확인받아야 한다, <개정 2018.1.16, 2018.8.14, 2020.8.18>
