Act on the Use and Protection of DNA Identification Information, Article 4 (Administration of Affairs Concerning DNA Identification Information)

① 검찰총장은 제5조에 따라 채취한 디엔에이감식시료로부터 취득한 디엔에이신원확인정보에 관한 사무를 총괄한다.

② 경찰청장은 제6조 및 제7조에 따라 채취한 디엔에이감식시료로부터 취득한 디엔에이신원확인정보에 관한 사무를 총괄한다.

③ 검찰총장 및 경찰청장은 데이터베이스를 서로 연계하여 운영할 수 있다.
