① 법 제62조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 공작물이나 물건, 그 밖의 시설"이란 제55조제2호부터 제5호까지, 제10호 및 제11호(같은 조 제2호부터 제5호까지 및 제10호에 따른 공작물이나 물건 및 시설의 설치를 위한 경우로 한정한다)에 따른 공작물이나 물건, 그 밖의 시설을 말한다.
