도로법 시행령 제35조(도로관리청이 아닌 자의 도로공사 시행 허가기준)

1. 법 제50조에 따른 도로의 구조ㆍ시설 등의 기준에 맞고 교통소통이 원활하게 이루어지는 구조일 것
