도로법 시행령 제33조(타공작물에 관한 공사의 시행 등)

① 도로관리청은 법 제33조제1항(법 제34조제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 타공작물에 관한 공사를 시행하는 경우와 법 제35조제1항에 따라 타공사의 시행자나 타행위를 한 자의 부담으로 직접 도로공사를 시행하는 경우에는 공사를 시행하기 전에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 설계도서와 비용예산서를 첨부하여 타공작물의 관리자 또는 타공사의 시행자나 타행위를 한 자에게 미리 통지하여야 한다.

② 도로관리청은 제1항에 따른 공사를 준공하였을 때에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지체 없이 준공조서ㆍ설계도서와 비용정산서를 첨부하여 타공작물의 관리자 또는 타공사의 시행자나 타행위를 한 자에게 통지하여야 한다.

③ 도로관리청은 법 제33조제1항에 따라 타공작물의 유지ㆍ관리를 하려는 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 유지ㆍ관리 방법에 관한 설명서와 비용예산서를 첨부하여 타공작물의 관리자에게 통지하여야 한다.
