Enforcement Decree of the Act on Dam Construction, Management, and Support for Surrounding Areas, etc., Article 6 (Dam Management Regulations)

① 댐관리청 또는 법 제5조제2항에 따라 댐관리청으로부터 댐의 관리를 위탁받은 자(이하 "댐수탁관리자"라 한다)는 법 제16조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 댐건설 완료의 고시가 있은 때에는 지체 없이 법 제7조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 댐관리규정을 작성해야 한다. <개정 2022.6.14>
