댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 제16조(댐건설 완료의 고시)

① 기후에너지환경부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 댐건설을 완료하였을 때에는 지체 없이 다음 각 호의 사항을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2025.10.1>

(1) When웬 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Climate,클라이멋 Energy에너지 and앤드 Environment인^v바이^r런먼트 or오 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 dam댐 construction,컨스트^r럭션 he히 or오 she쉬 shall섈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 publicly퍼블리클리 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

② 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사가 아닌 댐건설사업시행자는 댐건설을 완료하였을 때에는 지체 없이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관(시장ㆍ군수가 댐건설사업시행자인 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에게 준공인가를 신청하여야 하며, 기후에너지환경부장관은 댐이 실시계획대로 건설되었다고 인정하는 때에는 준공인가 증명서를 발급하고 제1항 각 호의 사항을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 고시가 있은 때에는 「하천법」 제2조제3호 각 목 외의 부분 단서에 따른 동의를 받은 것으로 보며, 같은 법 제10조제3항에 따른 하천구역의 결정ㆍ고시가 있은 것으로 본다.

④ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 고시가 있은 때에는 제13조제2항에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 해당 공사 또는 사업의 준공검사, 준공인가와 그에 따른 고시가 있은 것으로 본다. <개정 2021.6.15>
