녹색건축물 조성 지원법 시행령 제9조(개별 건축물의 에너지 소비 총량 제한 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제12조제1항에 따라 신축 건축물 및 기존 건축물의 에너지 소비 총량을 제한하려면 그 적용대상과 허용기준 등을 「건축법」 제4조에 따라 국토교통부에 두는 건축위원회의 심의를 거쳐 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.12.30>

② 국토교통부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 신축 또는 관리하고 있는 건축물에 대하여 에너지 소비 총량을 제한하거나 온실가스ㆍ에너지목표관리를 위하여 필요하면 해당 건축물에 대한 에너지 소비 총량 제한 기준을 따로 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.3.25>
