Building Act, Article 4 (Building Committees)

① 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 조사ㆍ심의ㆍ조정 또는 재정(이하 이 조에서 "심의등"이라 한다)하기 위하여 각각 건축위원회를 두어야 한다. <개정 2009.4.1, 2013.3.23, 2014.5.28>

1. 이 법과 조례의 제정ㆍ개정 및 시행에 관한 중요 사항

⑤ 제1항에 따른 각 건축위원회의 조직ㆍ운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국토교통부령이나 해당 지방자치단체의 조례(자치구의 경우에는 특별시나 광역시의 조례를 말한다. 이하 같다)로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
