낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제29조(자료의 제출)

① 수도사업자는 법 제32조제4항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 자료를 법 제32조제1항에 따른 물이용부담금(이하 "물이용부담금"이라 한다)의 납부고지를 한 달의 다음 달 15일까지 위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수는 제28조에 따른 수역에서 「수도법」 제52조 및 제54조에 따른 전용상수도 또는 전용공업용수도의 설치인가를 한 경우에는 그 사실을 위원회에 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.

③ 낙동강수계를 관할하는 홍수통제소장은 「하천법」 제50조에 따라 하천수의 사용허가를 한 때에는 이를 위원회에 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.

④ 「한국수자원공사법」에 따른 한국수자원공사는 지방자치단체와 제28조에 따른 물이용부담금의 부과 대상인 공공수역에서 취수한 원수를 직접 또는 정수하여 공급하는 계약을 체결한 경우에는 그 내용을 위원회에 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다. <신설 2016.7.12>
