낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조의2(주민지원사업으로 취득한 부동산에 대한 관리)

① 법 제23조의2제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 마을회 등 주민공동체"란 동ㆍ리 등 행정구역의 주민 전부 또는 일부를 구성원으로 하는 법인 아닌 사단인 마을회 등의 주민공동체(이하 "주민공동체"라 한다)를 말한다.

② 주민공동체는 법 제23조의2제2항에 따라 소유권등기에 "이 토지 또는 건물은 「낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 취득한 부동산으로서 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 동의를 받지 아니하고는 해당 토지 또는 건물을 양도하거나 제한 물권을 설정하거나 압류ㆍ가압류ㆍ가처분 등 소유권에 제한을 가하는 일체의 행위를 할 수 없다"라고 부기등기(附記登記)하여야 한다.
