낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 제23조의2(주민지원사업으로 취득한 부동산에 대한 관리)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 마을회 등 주민공동체는 주민지원사업으로 취득한 토지 등 부동산에 대하여 시장ㆍ군수(광역시의 군수를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)ㆍ구청장의 동의 없이는 해당 부동산을 양도하거나 제한물권을 설정해서는 아니 된다.

② 제1항에 따른 주민공동체는 주민지원사업으로 취득한 토지 등 부동산에 관한 소유권등기에 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 동의 없이는 양도하거나 제한물권을 설정하거나 압류ㆍ가압류ㆍ가처분 등의 목적물이 될 수 없는 재산임을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 부기등기(附記登記)하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 부기등기는 소유권보존등기 또는 이전등기와 동시에 신청하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 ancillary앤설레^r리 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 be비 applied어플라이드 for^f포 simultaneously사이멀테이니어슬리 with위^ð드 the^ð더 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 preservation프^r레저^v베이션 of어^v브 ownership오우너쉽 or오 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 transfer.트^r랜스^f퍼

④ 부기등기 이후에 부기등기의 내용을 위반하여 한 계약, 처분, 그 밖의 행위는 무효로 한다.

(4) Contracts,칸트^r랙츠 dispositions,디스퍼지션즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 acts액츠 made메이드 after애^f프터 the^ð디 ancillary앤설레^r리 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 content칸텐트 shall섈 be비 void.^v보이드
