낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조(주민지원사업의 시행 절차 등)

① 위원회는 법 제23조에 따른 주민지원사업이 원활하게 시행되도록 하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 매년 3월 31일까지 주민지원사업대상자의 거주지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2009.6.30, 2021.3.9>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 사업계획의 수립지침에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 사업계획을 수립하여 관할 시ㆍ도지사의 승인을 받아 4월 30일까지 위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 사업계획을 수립할 때에는 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 조례에서 정하는 절차 및 방법 등에 따라 주민의 의견을 수렴하여야 한다. 다만, 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 조례에서 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 의회의 동의를 얻은 사업의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

(3) When웬 establishing이스태블리슁 the^ð더 project프^r라젝트 plan플랜 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 shall섈 collect컬렉트 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 residents^r레지던츠 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 procedures프^r러시저즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 Si/Gun/Gu.시 However,하우에^v버 this^ð디스 does더즈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 projects프^r라젝츠 that^ð댓 have해^v브 obtained어브테인드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Gun/Gu시 council카운슬 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 Si/Gun/Gu.시

④ 위원회는 「국가재정법」 제66조제5항에 따른 기금운용계획안을 고려하여 사업계획을 심의하고, 그 결과를 지체 없이 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 통보하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 project프^r라젝트 plan플랜 in인 consideration컨시더^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 draft드^r래^f프트 fund^f펀드 operation아퍼^r레이션 plan플랜 under언더 Article아터클 66 (5) of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Finance^f퍼낸스 Act액트 and앤드 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 of어^v브 the^ð더 result^r리절트 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

⑤ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 위원회의 심의를 거친 사업계획 중 사업규모, 주민지원사업비 등 중요 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 관할 시ㆍ도지사의 승인을 받아 위원회의 재심의를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 위원회의 재심의를 받아야 하는 중요 변경사항은 제1항에 따른 사업계획의 수립지침에서 정한다.

⑥ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 매 연도의 주민지원사업의 추진 결과를 다음 해 3월 31일까지 위원회에 제출하여야 한다.
