Special Act on Development of Enterprise Cities, Article 12-3 (Integrated Deliberation)

① 위원회는 실시계획 및 통합계획과 관련된 다음 각 호의 사항을 통합하여 심의(이하 "통합심의"라 한다)할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 통합심의를 받으려는 자는 위원회에 제1항 각 호와 관련된 서류를 제출하여야 하며 최종의견서를 제출할 수 있다. 이 경우 위원회는 승인과 관련된 사항, 제안자의 최종의견서 및 관계 기관 의견서 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 심의하여야 한다.

③ 통합심의를 거친 경우에는 다음 각 호에서 정한 위원회의 심의를 거친 것으로 본다.
