금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률 제66조(예금보험공사의 검사요청)

① 예금보험공사는 업무수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 금융감독원에 「예금자보호법」 제2조제1호의 부보금융회사(附保金融會社) 및 해당 부보금융회사를 「금융지주회사법」에 따른 자회사등으로 두는 금융지주회사에 대한 검사를 실시할 것을 요청하거나 예금보험공사 소속 직원이 검사에 공동으로 참여하도록 「예금자보호법」 제8조에 따른 예금보험위원회의 의결을 거쳐 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2015.12.22>

② 예금보험공사가 제1항의 검사를 요청할 때에는 검사 목적, 대상 기관, 검사 범위 등을 구체적으로 밝혀야 한다.

(2) When웬 requesting^r리퀘스팅 an앤 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Deposit더파짓 Insurance인슈^r런스 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 specify스페서^f파이 the^ð더 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 inspection,인스펙션 the^ð디 institutions인스티투션즈 to투 be비 inspected,인스펙티드 the^ð더 scope스코우프 of어^v브 inspection,인스펙션 etc.엣세터^r러

③ 예금보험공사는 금융감독원에 제1항에 따른 검사 결과의 송부를 요청하거나 검사 결과에 대하여 필요한 시정조치를 요청할 수 있다.

④ 금융감독원은 예금보험공사가 제1항 및 제3항에 따라 요청을 하는 경우 이에 응하여야 한다.
