금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률 제65조의2(관계 기관 등의 장의 협조)

① 금융위원회는 이 법의 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관이나 그 밖의 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 필요한 조사를 의뢰하거나 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다.

② 금융위원회는 이 법에 따른 시정조치의 이행을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관이나 그 밖의 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 필요한 협조를 의뢰할 수 있다.
