군사법원법 제402조(상소권회복 청구권자)

제395조부터 제398조까지의 규정에 따라 상소할 수 있는 사람은 본인 또는 대리인이 책임질 수 없는 사유로 상소 제기기간 내에 상소하지 못하였을 때에는 상소권회복 청구를 할 수 있다.
