국민건강증진법 시행령 제22조(국민건강영양조사원 및 영양지도원)

① 질병관리청장은 국민건강영양조사를 담당하는 사람(이하 "국민건강영양조사원"이라 한다)으로 건강조사원 및 영양조사원을 두어야 한다. 이 경우 건강조사원 및 영양조사원은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 요건을 충족해야 한다. <개정 2023.9.26, 2024.11.26>

②특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제15조 및 법 제16조의 영양개선사업을 수행하기 위한 국민영양지도를 담당하는 사람(이하 "영양지도원"이라 한다)을 두어야 하며 그 영양지도원은 영양사의 자격을 가진 사람으로 임명한다. 다만, 영양사의 자격을 가진 사람이 없는 경우에는 「의료법」 제2조제1항에 따른 의사 또는 「간호법」 제2조제1호에 따른 간호사의 자격을 가진 사람 중에서 임명할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.18, 2023.9.26, 2025.6.20>

④ 질병관리청장 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 국민건강영양조사원 또는 영양지도원의 원활한 업무 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 업무 지원을 위한 구체적 조치를 마련ㆍ시행할 수 있다. <신설 2017.11.7, 2020.9.11, 2023.9.26>
