국내입양에 관한 특별법 제2조(정의)

1. "아동"이란 「아동복지법」 제3조제1호에 따른 아동을 말한다.

3. "입양아동"이란 이 법에 따라 입양된 아동을 말한다.

4. "국내입양"이란 양부모가 되려는 사람의 일상거소와 아동의 일상거소가 모두 대한민국에 있어, 입양의 결과로 아동의 일상거소가 다른 국가로 이동하지 아니하는 경우의 입양을 말한다.

5. "결연(結緣)"이란 양자가 될 아동에게 양부모관계의 설정을 위하여 그 아동의 양부모가 되려는 사람을 연결하여 지정하는 것을 말한다.

6. "임시양육결정"이란 가정법원이 제21조에 따른 입양허가 여부 결정 전에 양자가 될 아동을 양부모가 되려는 사람에게 임시로 양육하도록 하는 결정을 말한다.

7. "본국법"이란 양부모가 되려는 사람 또는 양자가 될 아동의 「국제사법」 제16조에 따른 본국법을 말한다.

9. "아동통합정보시스템"이란 「아동복지법」 제15조의2에 따른 아동통합정보시스템을 말한다.

10. "입양정보"란 이 법에 따른 입양 절차의 진행 및 그에 부수되는 기록(문서, 그 밖의 관계 서류 또는 물건, 사진, 영상 녹화물, 전자기록 등 특수매체기록을 포함한다)과 그 절차 진행을 위하여 아동통합정보시스템을 이용하여 전자적인 형태로 작성ㆍ관리되는 정보를 말한다.
