국가통합교통체계효율화법 제9조(중기투자계획의 집행 실적 평가)

① 공공기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 소관별 중기투자계획의 집행 실적 및 집행 효과에 대하여 집행 실적 평가보고서를 작성하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 받은 소관별 집행 실적 평가보고서를 종합분석하여 중기투자계획의 집행 실적 종합평가보고서를 작성하고, 국가교통위원회의 심의를 거쳐 그 결과를 공공기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 공공기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 통보받은 심의 결과에 따라 중기투자계획을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
