Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 275 (Temporary Work and Handling of Goods Outside Hours)

①법 제8조제3항제1호부터 제3호까지에 해당하는 날 또는 법 제321조제2항에 따라 업무시간외에 통관절차ㆍ보세운송절차 또는 입출항절차를 밟고자 하는 자는 사무의 종류 및 시간과 사유를 기재한 통보서를 세관장에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 법 제241조에 따라 신고를 해야 하는 우편물외의 우편물에 대해서는 그렇지 않다. <개정 2023.2.28, 2025.2.28>

②법 제321조제2항에 따라 물품취급시간외에 물품의 취급을 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 통보서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.22, 2016.2.5>

2. 제1항의 규정에 의하여 통보한 시간내에 당해 물품의 취급을 하는 경우

6. 재해 기타 불가피한 사유로 인하여 당해 물품을 취급하는 경우. 이 경우에는 사후에 경위서를 세관장에게 제출하여 그 확인을 받아야 한다.

④법 제321조제2항의 규정에 의한 사전통보는 부득이한 경우를 제외하고는 「국가공무원 복무규정」에 의한 공무원의 근무시간내에 하여야 한다. <개정 2006.5.22>
