Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 226 (Declaration of Bonded Transportation, etc.)

①법 제213조에 따른 보세운송신고를 하거나 승인을 받으려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항(제7호, 제9호 및 제10호는 승인을 받으려는 경우만 해당한다)을 기재한 신고서 또는 신청서를 세관장에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 국제무역선 또는 국제무역기의 효율적인 하역을 위하여 필요하거나 세관의 감시ㆍ단속에 지장이 없다고 인정하여 관세청장이 따로 정하는 경우에는 그 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2002.12.30, 2021.2.17, 2026.2.27>
