Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 184 (Designation of Self-Regulating Bonded Areas, etc.)

①법 제164조제2항의 규정에 의한 자율관리보세구역의 지정을 받고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서에 채용된 법 제164조제3항에 따른 보세사(이하 "보세사"라 한다)의 보세사등록증과 관세청장이 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 세관장에게 지정신청을 하여야 한다. <개정 2018.2.13>
