Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 176 (Declaration of Bringing In and Taking Out Goods)

①법 제157조제1항에 따른 물품의 반입신고는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 신고서로 해야 한다. <개정 2019.2.12>

가. 당해 물품을 외국으로부터 운송하여 온 선박 또는 항공기의 명칭ㆍ입항일자ㆍ입항세관ㆍ적재항

③세관장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 신고서의 제출을 면제하거나 기재사항의 일부를 생략하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2019.2.12, 2021.2.17>

다. 제197조제1항에 의한 내국물품장치신고서

2. 법 제164조에 따라 자율관리보세구역으로 지정받은 자가 제1항제2호의 물품(수입신고가 수리된 물품은 제외한다)에 대하여 장부를 비치하고 반출입사항을 기록관리하는 경우
