Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 164 (Declaration of Transshipment and Movement)

법 제141조제3호에 따라 물품을 환적 또는 복합환적하거나 사람을 이동시키고자 하는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신고서를 세관장에게 제출하고 그 신고필증을 현장 세관공무원에게 제시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.22>
