관세법 시행령 제133조(사후관리의 위탁)

①관세청장은 용도세율의 적용, 관세의 감면 또는 분할납부의 승인을 받은 물품에 대한 해당 조건의 이행을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 법 제108조제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 그 사후관리에 관한 사항을 위탁한다. <개정 2001.12.31, 2011.4.1>

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 사후관리를 위탁받은 부처의 장은 용도세율의 적용, 관세의 감면 또는 분할납부의 승인을 받은 물품에 대한 관세의 징수사유가 발생한 것을 확인한 때에는 지체없이 당해 물품의 관할지세관장에게 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 통보서를 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2002.12.30>

③제1항의 규정에 의하여 위탁된 물품에 대한 사후관리에 관한 사항은 위탁받은 부처의 장이 관세청장과 협의하여 정한다.
