관세법 시행령 제132조(감면 등의 조건이행의 확인)

①세관장은 용도세율의 적용, 관세의 감면 또는 분할납부의 승인을 받은 물품에 대하여 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 당해 조건의 이행을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2003.8.21>

②법 제108조제2항에 규정하는 서류는 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 통관세관장 또는 관할지세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
