공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제68조(취득)

① 물품관리관은 제57조에 따른 수급관리계획에 포함된 물품의 경우 계약담당공무원에게 그 계획의 범위에서 물품의 취득에 필요한 조치를 할 것을 청구하여야 하며, 그 밖의 물품의 경우 필요하다고 인정할 때마다 취득에 필요한 조치를 할 것을 청구하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 제1항에 따른 청구를 받은 계약담당공무원은 예산의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 물품을 취득하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>

③ 물품은 지방자치단체의 장 또는 그 위임을 받은 공무원이 지명하는 관계 공무원이나 기술자의 검사와 검수를 받지 아니하고는 취득할 수 없다. <개정 2021.4.20>
