가덕도신공항 건설을 위한 특별법 제9조(신공항건설사업의 시행자)

Special Act on Construction of the Gadeokdo New Airport, Article 9 (Implementers of the new airport construction project)

① 신공항건설사업은 국토교통부장관이 시행한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 허가의 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 신공항건설사업의 목적 및 내용이 기본계획 및 「공항시설법」 제3조에 따른 공항개발 종합계획과 조화를 이룰 것

④ 국토교통부장관은 제2항에 따른 허가를 할 때 신공항건설사업과 관계된 토지 및 시설(공항의 유지ㆍ보수를 위한 시설, 공항이용객 편의시설 등 대통령령으로 정하는 시설은 제외한다)을 국가에 귀속시킬 것을 조건으로 하거나 신공항건설사업으로 인하여 부수적으로 필요하게 되는 도로 및 상하수도 등의 기반시설 설치에 드는 비용을 신공항건설사업의 시행자가 부담할 것을 조건으로 허가할 수 있다.
