Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Biological Weapons and the Regulation of Manufacture and Import/Export of Specified Chemicals and Biological Agents, Article 6-2 (Manufacturing Report)

① 법 제5조의2제1항에 따라 생물작용제 또는 독소(이하 "생물작용제등"이라 한다)의 제조신고 또는 변경신고를 하려는 자는 신고서에 산업통상부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 인간이나 동식물의 질병에 대한 진단ㆍ치료ㆍ검사를 목적으로 생물작용제등을 분리하는 자로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 제1항에 따른 신고를 한 것으로 본다.
