Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Biological Weapons and the Regulation of Manufacture and Import/Export of Specified Chemicals and Biological Agents, Article 6 (Manufacturing Permission)

① 법 제5조제1항에 따라 1종화학물질의 제조허가 또는 변경허가를 받으려는 자는 신청서에 산업통상부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따른 신청이 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하는 경우 이미 제조를 허가한 총수량과 제11조제2항에 따라 인정한 총수량에 허가하려는 제조수량을 합산한 수량이 연간 1톤을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 제조 또는 변경을 허가할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
