해양수산발전 기본법 제21조의2(국제개발협력의 추진)

① 해양수산부장관은 해외 해양수산자원의 안정적 확보로 국민경제에 이바지하고, 연안개도국의 경제발전 등 국제사회에 기여하기 위하여 해양수산분야 국제개발협력을 추진하여야 한다.

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 국제개발협력에 관한 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전문성이 있는 기관을 지정하여 수행하게 할 수 있다.
