Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Environment-Friendly Agriculture and Fisheries and the Management and Support of Organic Food, etc., Article 3 (Jurisdiction over Certification of Organic Food, etc.)

법 제19조제1항에 따라 유기식품등에 대한 인증을 하는 경우 유기농산물ㆍ축산물ㆍ임산물과 유기수산물이 섞여 있는 유기식품등의 소관은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.
