Framework Act on Youth, Article 52-2 (Duty to Report for the Protection of Working Youth)

① 누구든지 청소년의 근로와 관련하여 「근로기준법」, 「최저임금법」 등 노동 관계 법령의 위반 사실을 알게 된 경우에는 그 사실을 고용노동부장관이나 「노동감독관 직무집행법」 제2조제1호에 따른 노동감독관에게 신고할 수 있다. <개정 2026.4.7>
