지방자치법 시행령 제12조(청구인의 대표자 증명 등)

① 법 제21조제1항에 따라 감사를 청구하려는 청구인의 대표자(이하 "주민감사청구대표자"라 한다)는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 주민감사청구서와 주민감사청구대표자 증명 발급 신청서를 주무부장관이나 특별시장ㆍ통합특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 및 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2026.6.23>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 주무부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 주민감사청구대표자가 법 제21조제1항에 따른 18세 이상의 주민에 해당하는지 확인한 후 행정안전부령으로 정하는 주민감사청구대표자 증명서를 발급해야 한다.
