지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 제125조(계약실적보고서의 제출)

①지방자치단체의 장 또는 계약담당자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 서식에 따라 회계연도 종료 후 60일 이내에 계약실적보고서를 행정안전부장관(시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사를 말한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
